Rental Period:

During peak times the bungalow is let on a weekly basis only.

Changeover day is normally a Saturday however out of peak times a changeover on a different day maybe possible.

During off peak times weekends or short lets may also be available. Please contact us to discuss prices and availability.

Arrival and Departure Times:

Arrival can be anytime after 4pm on the day off arrival. On departure day you must vacate the premises by 10.30am.

How to make a booking:

Please read the full Terms and Conditions before making a booking.

Contact us to confirm the availability of your intended holiday dates.
Provisional booking can be arranged by telephone.

Your booking must be confirmed by completion of a booking form which you can download or we can email of post to you when the provisional booking is made. The booking form must be returned within 10 days of the provisional booking being made along with a £100 deposit. The booking will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 10 days.

If you make a booking within 6 calendar weeks of your holiday then the full balance is required with you booking form within 10 days to secure your booking.

Outstanding Balance:

The remaining balance is required 6 calendar weeks before the date of your holiday. Failure to pay will be considered to be a cancellation and the bungalow will be advertised for let until the outstanding balance is received.
Payment can be made by personal cheque or postal order.

A receipt for the full cost of the holiday will be sent when the final payment has been received.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your booking please do so initially by telephone and verify this in writing.

Providing the cancellation is made with at least 6 whole calendar weeks notice the paid balance will be refunded.

If you cancel with 6 while calendar weeks or less notice the deposit will not be refunded and the paid balance of the holiday will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell the holiday.

We suggest you consider taking out holiday insurance to cover cancellations.
